Luke Fletcher is a partner at the law firm Bates Wells Braithwaite and specialises in charity, social enterprise, responsible business and impact investing. Many of his clients aim to combine profit with purpose. He has advised the UK Government and the European Commission on the law, regulation, governance and tax treatment of social enterprise. Luke is also chair of the European Social Enterprise Law Association.
